Going to the gym on your own without a trainer has to be one of the hardest things to motivate yourself. How easy would it be if you had a DVD to watch anywhere and all you had to do was follow the trainer’s instruction to reach your goals? Well Crown Fit has provided that for you! We’ve put together different disks of workouts, each targeting a different muscle group to help focus the right amount of training time on each muscle. – The lifting DVD’s were made just for women to help achieve that lean muscle look. – A cardio DVD and cardio schedule is also provided to keep that fat off and those muscles growing. There is a stretching/yoga DVD to help give body and mind relaxation after putting in hard work. These training programs have been put together by Steve Clausen, a fitness expert who has trained thousands of pageant girls, dancers and competition contestants over the past 10 years and is also the official trainer for the Rockettes, Oklahoma City Thunder Girls and the Dallas Maverick’s Dancers .
